Machine Learning Macropinocytosis

This collection hosts the imaging data from the ARC Discovery Project grant Machine Learning for Organelle Selection & Feature Detection in Live Cells (DP180101910). Data consists of large scale 4D microscopy datasets produced by the cutting edge Lattice Light Sheet Microscope at the Institute for Molecular Bioscience, capturing macrophage and cancer cells. This project aims to develop advanced machine learning techniques for the analysis of these datasets. The data includes the outputs of processing and analysis as well as the original imaging.
