RNAseq analysis of Vibrio cholerae A1552 ∆rpoS (∆VC0534) from Smooth and Rugose backgrounds

RNA-sequencing of Vibrio cholerae A1552 ∆rpoS and parental strains from smooth and rugose backgrounds grown as spots on LB agar Three biological replicates of Vibrio cholerae A1552 strains (Smooth (S), S ∆rpoS (S∆VC0534), Rugose (R), and R ∆rpoS (R∆VC0534)) were grown for 48-hours on LB agar at 30˚C. Spots were then scraped from agar plates and resuspended in TRIzol for subsequent RNA isolation.
