Surface Roughness Data from Laser Polishing Additively Manufactured Co-Cr Alloy

24 different surface texture parameters were calculated from additively manufactured Co-Cr surfaces (as printed and after laser polishing) varying 5 different laser polishing parameters.从5种不同激光抛光参数对应的增材制造钴铬（Co-Cr）表面（包括打印态及激光抛光后两种状态）中，共计算得到24项不同的表面纹理参数。
