What factors affect students’ career satisfaction in China’s application-oriented undergraduate universities:

Students’ career satisfaction serves as a critical indicator for evaluating the quality of higher education, both globally and within specific contexts. However, limited research has investigated the factors influencing career satisfaction among students in China’s application-oriented undergraduate universities. To address this gap, this study aims to identify the key determinants of students’ career satisfaction within this institutional context. Using a structural equation modeling (SEM) approach, the research examines the factors that shape career development satisfaction among students at application-oriented undergraduate institutions in China.
