Breast Cancer Immunohistochemical Image Generation Challenge

We propose a breast cancer immunohistochemistry (BCI) benchmark that aims to directly synthesize IHC data from paired hematoxylin and eosin (HE) stained images. The BCI dataset contains 9746 images (4873 pairs), including 3896 pairs for training and 977 pairs for testing, covering various HER2 expression levels.
