Historical Sample of the Netherlands (HSN). Data Set Civil Certificates Release

This release entails data from the certificates (births, marriages, and deaths) and survival data from different sources. With this release earlier versions are improved and enlarged. This release includes a survival table, which is based on information from the other registrations. Use of this release is only allowed after signing a personal license agreement which is not transferable to other researchers.
