Microarray gene expression study was carried out using Human Gene Expression 4x44K Microarrays and Low Input Quick Amp Labeling Kit (Agilent Technologies, USA) according to the manufacturer's instructions. RNA quality was assessed using 2100 Bioanalyzer (Agilent Technologies, USA). 100 ng of each RNA sample were used for cDNA synthesis and were simultaneously labelled with Cy-3. After purification, cDNA samples were hybridized with oligonucleotide probes on microarray slides for 18 hrs. Next day slides were washed and scanned. Data were analyzed by GeneSpring GX11.5 software.
