Congruence of phage isolation results with individual bacterial isolates.

A comparison between low-volume and traditional enrichment methods is demonstrated using a heat map. Green boxes represent samples in which the 2 methods had congruent results. Orange boxes represent samples in which the 2 methods had discongruent results. Typically this favored phage isolation with the traditional enrichment method, though with Bordetella pertussis the low volume format was favored.
