Direct conversion from human dermal fibroblasts into urothelial cells by defined factors

In this project, we converted human dermal fibroblasts into urothelial cells by introducing four retroviral vectors. Directly converted urothelial cells were sequenced in a purified state (n = 3). Negative control is human dermal fibroblasts (n=3). Positive control is purchased human urothelial cells (n = 1).
