Differential gene set analysis of isolated liver sinusoidal endothelial cells of Lyve-1 deficient (Lyve-1-KO) and control mice

Liver sinusoidal endothelial cells (LSEC) of both Lyve-1-KO (B6.129S1-Lyve1tm1Lhua/J (JAX stock #006221)) and Ctrl mice were isolated and mRNA were comparatively analyzed by a microarray (Affimetryx). Even though there was no single gene significantly dysregulated, an overall representation analysis of HALLMARK pathways revealed regulation of Myc targets as well as immunological pathways involved in TNF-α, Interferon-α or -γ signaling.
