MapReFA: A LabVIEW-based map reader software for variable rate fertilizer application, This LabVIEW-based software can read a soil map image to provide the required information to tailor the fertilizer rate based on the map color intensity, regardless of which software is used for map generation. The aim behind that is to simplify the use of variable rate (VR) fertilization in both research and practical usages. In addition, the procedure described in this article leads researchers as a road map to develop similar software with an identical algorithm as fast as possible.MapReFA：一款基于LabVIEW的变量施肥读图软件，专为变量施肥作业开发。该软件可读取土壤图像地图，依据图像颜色强度计算适配施肥量所需的全部信息，且不依赖生成该地图的原始制图软件。其研发初衷在于简化变量施肥（Variable Rate, VR）技术在科研与实际应用中的使用流程。此外，本文所述的开发流程可为研究人员提供清晰的开发路线指引，助力其快速开发出采用相同算法的同类软件。
