Data for: Placing anurans in water can improve photo-based individual identification

Zip files named "TrueMatches" contain screenshots of matching image pairs found by HotSpotter. HotSpotter_analysis_in_R: R codes used for the analyses of HotSpotter results. HS_results_Table: contains data of images with a true matching pair present in the HotSpotter databases, details of their respective HotSpotter databases, as well as query success by each threshold. Tables_from_HotSpotter_outputs: Cutom R code for creating easy-to-interpret result tables from the output files saved by HotSpotter.
