We examine the RNA profile of WT and Alb-cre:Aclyf/f liver in both Sham and IR condition. We also analyze the changes of Acly, H3K27ac, and H3K9ac level in primary hepatocytes in normoxia and HR condition. Overall design: For RNA seq, mouse liver from WT and Alb-cre:Aclyf/f mice were subjected to Sham or IR surgery. After 24 hours, liver tissue from broader zone were collected for RNA-seq analysis. For Cut-Run seq, primary hepatocytes were isolated from WT and Alb-cre:Aclyf/f mice, after 24 hours, primary hepatocytes were then cultured in normaixa and hypoxia-reperfusion condition. The hepatocytes were then collected for Cut&run assay using CST cut&run assay kit.
