Images of GFP-profilin diffusion in MDA-MB-231 cell membranes using TIRF microscopy. Images include wild type profilin and profilin modified by specific point mutations. The cells were grown under normal culture conditions, or were treated in ways that were expected to perturb profilin diffusion patterns.
