We sequenced mRNA from A549 and NHLFs in mono-culture and co-culture system that had been subjected to 1 ng/ml TGFÃ1 apically for 72h. Vehicle (HCl/BSA) treatment was used as control. 4 biological replicates for each condition. Overall design: Transcriptional profiles of both A549 cells and NHLFs (4 donors) from mono- and co-culture were analysed with mRNA sequencing.
