Curb Ramps

This data is maintained as necessary by the Streets Department in coordination with field inspection staff across various departments and EADD. Dataset includes assets constructed under private development and capital improvement projects. Inspection forms and data from Infor EAM are synced quarterly. Attribute Information: Field Name Description OBJECTID ESRI software specific field that serves as an index for the database. FacilityID A unique identifier for the asset class. Infor required field. InstallDate The date when the asset was installed. Typically pulled from the as-built cover sheet for consistency. Infor required field. LifecycleStatus The current status of the asset with respect to its location in the asset management lifecycle. Infor required field. LocationDescription Information related to the construction location or project name. Infor required field Comments A catch all for asset information that is irregular and doesn't warrant the creation of a new field. EAM_PARENT Infor required field. EAM_PARENTORG Infor required field. GISOBJID Unique identifier that serves as the key field for Infor. Infor required field. Mainstreet Road segment that is being crossed when using the curb ramp. Crosstreet Road segment that is adjacent to the segment being crossed when using the curb ramp. Direction Figure that denotes location within the intersection as well as the direction the ramp is facing. DateAssessed Date that inspectors assessed the asset in the field. AssessedBy Name of the inspector that assessed the asset. Compliant A yes or no value to determine if the asset is ADA compliant or not. BuiltBy Name of the organization that constructed the curb ramp. CorrectiveAction Type of repair required to become ADA compliant. Responsibility Party responsible for repairs to become ADA compliant. UseZone Information related to the area the asset is located in. ConstructPkg Information related to the project the asset was constructed under. AreaRefuge A yes or no value to denote if the asset is located in an area refuge or not. StreetClass Classification of the road segment that is being crossed when using the curb ramp. StreetSegment FacilityID of the street segment used in Infor for asset and work order tracking. Source Data source used when entering the asset into GIS. Method How the asset was placed in the selected location. GT_5_PERC_AC Unknown intent and values. InspForms Information related to the inspection forms used by inspectors. MaintZone Maintenance zone that the asset is located within. YrBuilt Date the asset was constructed. Functionally the same as InstallDate. GlobalID ESRI software specific field that is automatically assigned by the geodatabase at row creation. SYNCDATE The date the asset had an information sync with Infor. Shape ESRI software specific field denoting the geometry type of the asset. created_user Name of user whom created the asset. created_date Date when the asset was created. last_edited_user Name of user whom most recently edited asset information. last_edited_date Date when asset was most recently updated.
