This dataset contains anonymized obstetric incident investigation reports for natural language processing (NLP) analysis, aiming to reveal disparities in obstetric care across different racial groups. Prior to analysis, the dataset has been preprocessed and annotated using the Safe and Intelligent Research Taxonomy. Furthermore, in-depth analytical studies were conducted on the data using LDA (Latent Dirichlet Allocation) topic models and semantic network visualization techniques to explore the topic models and specific scenarios of obstetric care incidents.
