Cropped Visium HD Human Colon Cancer P5 test fixture for nfdata-omics/spatialomics

This dataset is a compact functional test fixture derived from the publicly available 10x Genomics Visium HD Human Colon Cancer P5 dataset. It was prepared to test the nfdata-omics/spatialomics Nextflow pipeline starting from pre-computed Space Ranger output. The fixture covers Space Ranger-to-SpatialData conversion, spatial quality control, microscopy image processing, cell segmentation, Bin2Cell processing, ROI annotation import, and MultiQC reporting. The dataset contains a consistently cropped spatial region corresponding to: - 40 × 40 bins at 16 µm resolution;- 80 × 80 bins at 8 µm resolution;- 320 × 320 bins at 2 µm resolution. The expression matrices, tissue positions, scale factors, image crops, and spatial transformations were adjusted consistently to preserve their spatial relationships. Files included: - `spaceranger_outs.tar.gz`: cropped pre-computed Space Ranger output, preserving the expected `spaceranger_outs` directory structure;- `Visium_HD_Human_Colon_Cancer_P5_mock_tissue_image.tif`: corresponding cropped H&E microscopy image;- `Visium_HD_Human_Colon_Cancer_P5_mock_visium_capture_area.geojson`: example ROI annotation expressed in capture-area coordinates;- `manifest.json`: crop coordinates, image dimensions, matrix summaries, and fixture metadata;- `README.md`: usage and provenance information.
