电商产品评论情感分析

针对用户在电商平台上留下的评论数据，对其进行分词、词性标注和去除停用词等文本预处理。基于预处理后的数据进行情感分析，并使用LDA主题模型提取评论关键信息，以了解用户的需求、意见、购买原因及产品的优缺点等，最终提出改善产品的建议。

Focusing on user-generated comment data from e-commerce platforms, text preprocessing operations including word segmentation, part-of-speech tagging and stop word removal are performed on the dataset. Sentiment analysis is conducted based on the preprocessed data, and the LDA topic model is adopted to extract key information from the comments, so as to obtain insights into user demands, opinions, purchase motivations, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of the products. Finally, targeted suggestions for product improvement are proposed.
