Salvia rosmarinus sequencing

This dataset contains raw sequencing data of Salvia rosmarinus (rosemary), a medicinal and aromatic plant in the Lamiaceae family. The sequencing data was used to assemble both the mitochondrial and chloroplast genomes of S. rosmarinus. These assemblies provide essential resources for comparative genomic studies, evolutionary analysis, and functional annotation of organelle genomes.
