Notes: Transactions with a Budget Fiscal Year prior to 2023 are not included (due to limitations in the FMS_GL_09 universe), regardless of the Fiscal Year specified. To ensure data completeness, the bi-weekly update retrieves records based on a record date set two weeks prior to the extraction date, rather than the retrieval date itself.
