Microbiome on transparent paperboard (tPB) Genome sequencing and assembly

This project is focused on the metagenomic assemblies and metatranscriptomes of microbiome on the transparent millimetre-thick paperboard within seawater. MAGs of the dominant microbes that might be correlated with oceanic degradation of the cellulose are also extracted from the metagenomes.
