The file compiles the aggregated dataset used for regression analyses, linking dentists’ demographic and professional characteristics (gender, region, age, years since graduation, type and area of undergraduate and postgraduate education, and work setting) to their performance indicators, expressed as percentages of correct or affirmative responses for each outcome domain: knowledge of causes of tooth discoloration, diagnostic methods, treatment options and associated tissue removal, professional–patient relationship regarding conservative approaches, and overall expertise on non- and microinvasive management of tooth discoloration.
