Downstream targets of uc.323-mediated cardiomyocyte hypertrophy

To further characterize the downstream targets of uc.323, we performed global microarray analysis after knockdown of uc.323 in cardiomyocytes to gain broad insight into uc.323-mediated transcriptome changes.为进一步阐明uc.323的下游靶标，我们在心肌细胞中敲低uc.323后开展了全基因组微阵列分析，以全面解析uc.323介导的转录组变化。
