Atlantic salmon gut transcriptome after nutritional programming

Here we investigated the whole transcriptome responses of the whole intestine in Atlantic salmon first-fed on a plant (V) diet or a marine (M) diet. We further examined the transcriptome of different gut regions after challenge where both fish dietary groups are kept exclusively on a similar V diet following an intermediate stage of M diet only.
