园区企业电力数据智能化产融服务

针对园区企业分户难、电力数据无法拆分、授权链路不清等问题，国网浙江电力创新开展园区企业电力数据智能化产融服务模式，以电网企业为核心，联合金融机构、园区、数交所
等多元主体，围绕电费波动、交费行为、电费信息、用电量情况等39项指标，融合税务、法律、工商等数据，综合评价企业生产经营、电力信用等情况，为中小微企业融资提供风控支持。2024 年 8 月以来，首单即为园区中小微企业带来 500 万元贷款，未来将形成服务电力数据要素融合流通新模式。

Aiming at the challenges including difficulty in separating independent accounts for industrial park enterprises, inability to split power data, and unclear authorization links, State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power has innovatively developed an intelligent industry-finance integration service model for power data of park enterprises. Taking grid enterprises as the core, the initiative collaborates with multiple stakeholders such as financial institutions, industrial parks, and data trading exchanges. Focusing on 39 indicators including electricity fee fluctuations, payment behaviors, electricity fee information, and electricity consumption status, it integrates data from tax, legal, industrial and commercial sectors, and comprehensively evaluates the production and operation status, power credit and other relevant conditions of enterprises, thereby providing risk control support for the financing of small, medium and micro enterprises (SMEs). Since August 2024, the first case has granted a 5 million yuan loan to SMEs in the park, and a new model for facilitating the integration and circulation of power data elements will be established in the future.
