The complete mitochondrial genome sequence determination and analysis of Alauda arvensis

The alauda arvensis was listed as a second level protected animal in China's National Key Protected Wildlife List, and prior to that, it was classified as a third level protected animal. In actual cases, the alauda arvensis involved in the case are often stripped of their feathers, and there is almost no difference from the anthus hodgsoni, anthus roseatus, and alauda gulgula that have been stripped of their feathers. It is difficult to distinguish them with the naked eye, and the tree lark, pink breasted lark, and small skylark belong to the three protected animals, with significant differences in sentencing compared to the secondary protected animals of alauda arvensis. This situation brings significant work pressure to the appraisal work.Therefore, this study determined the entire mitochondrial genome sequence of alauda arvensis and analyzed it based on the measured mitochondrial genome sequence.Studying the genetic information of alauda arvensis at the microscopic level has certain significance for precise identification.
