Supplementary data: Use of an electronic health informatics pipeline to describe clearance dynamics of Hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) and e-Antigen (HBeAg) in chronic HBV infection

The files in this collection represent supporting data for a project that investigates the clearance of chronic hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection. We used a data warehouse to collate and curate clinical electronic data from Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (UK) for adults with chronic HBV infection. We used longitudinal measurements of hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) and hepatitis B e-antigen (HBeAg) to describe patterns of clearance. All clinical data are anonymised.
