Long Noncoding RNA AFAP1-AS1 Aggravates Immunotherapy Resistance in NSCLC by Enhancing JAK2 and TYK2 Translation

This dataset contains the complete set of RNA‑seq processing scripts, FCS files, and uncropped Western blots images supporting the findings presented in our manuscript entitled"Long Noncoding RNA AFAP1-AS1 Aggravates Immunotherapy Resistance in NSCLC by Enhancing JAK2 and TYK2 Translation". RNA‑seq processing scripts: Complete shell and R scripts for read trimming, alignment, and differential expression analysis, with software versions and execution steps documented. Flow Cytometry Data (FCS files): Raw FCS files from all independent experiments, organized by experimental group and provided as compressed archives (.zip). Western blot raw images: Uncropped Western blot images, organized by experimental group and corresponding figure panel (main and supplementary figures), provided as a single PDF file.
