Transcriptome sequencing of Botrytis cinerea hyphae treated with the plant essential oil component citronellol for 1 hour and 2 hours.

In this study, Botrytis cinerea was treated with citronellol, with the corresponding untreated wild type as the control. Transcriptome sequencing was performed on the mycelia of Botrytis cinerea treated for 1h and 2h. Each group had three biological replicates.
