Stress, workload and self-regulated learning of undergraduate science students in winter semester 24/25

The dataset, “Stress, workload and self-regulated learning of undergraduate science students in winter semester 24/25”, provides data on stress levels, perceived stressfulness of stressors, and self-estimated workload during the first semester, as well as self-regulated learning at the beginning of the semester. Data on science students (i.e., chemistry, physics, and biology students) at three German research universities were collected. This data forms the basis for an analysis of the workload and stress of science students during their first semester, as well as its relationship with self-regulated learning.
