Amplicon sequence of dairy cow manure-derived amended soils

Amplicon libraries preparation was carried out for dairy cow manure amended soils, using a dual indexed adapter with sequence-specific primers for prokaryotic communities, targeting the V4 region of the 16S rRNA genes. Primers were 519F(CAGCMGCCGCGGTAA) and 806R (GGACTACHVGGGTWTCTAAT). Sequencing was carried out with an Illumina MiSeq V2 platform and paired-end sequencing strategy (2 × 250 nt). Reads were merged, quality filtered and clustered into operational taxonomic units (OTUs). The taxonomic classification was performed using CREST.
