Vascular and perivascular cell profiling reveals the molecular and cellular bases of blood-brain barrier heterogeneity [GEOMx]

Nanostring GeoMX Whole Transcriptome Analysis performed on pericyte- and perivascular fibroblast-enriched areas of interest in the cortex and median eminence of the mouse brain 53 samples, 16 from the cortex and 37 from the ME from 4 replicate animals本数据集为针对小鼠大脑皮层与正中隆起（median eminence，ME）中富集周细胞及血管周围成纤维细胞的目标区域开展的Nanostring GeoMX全转录组分析（Nanostring GeoMX Whole Transcriptome Analysis），共包含53个样本：其中16个取自皮层区域，37个取自正中隆起区域，所有样本均来源于4只重复实验动物。
