Title: Quantum Vacuum Energy Stabilization via Prime-Based Friction and the DUAL Nominator FrameworkDescription:This research presents a novel stabilization framework for quantum vacuum energy, leveraging prime number structures, frictional stabilization, and harmonic oscillations. Utilizing the DUAL Nominator mechanism, we establish a mathematically rigorous model incorporating a 51/49 frictional balance, a finite scaling threshold, and a 90-degree rotational transformation to regulate quantum oscillations.
