EXPOSE: Systemic Biomarker Responses to Concurrent Training with Polyphenols in Aging Adults: A Randomized Trial

This data set was generated to characterize systemic biomarker responses in older adults participating in a randomized trial investigating the effects of concurrent training combined with polyphenol supplementation. It includes repeated biomarker measurements from biological samples collected before and after the intervention to evaluate physiological and metabolic responses associated with exercise, supplementation, and their combined effect. Data were obtained using standardized laboratory-based analytical methods under controlled study conditions and were processed into structured participant-level variables for statistical comparison between intervention groups and time points.
