The whole genome transcript profile of pigs during maternal to zygotic transition is helpful to understand the stage-specific transcriptome. The porcine in vivo fertilization embryos of 2-cell, 4-cell, 8-cell and blastocysts stages were collected respectively. MII oocytes were collected after in vitro maturation.
