Regulatory assessment of 122 jurisdictions (97 countries and territories, 23 US states and 2 UAE emirates) for businesses that provide crypto-asset services or tokenize assets. Each record includes the assessment (favorable, neutral, unfavourable or prohibited), a weighted score from 0 to 100 across five dimensions (framework clarity, operational access, tokenization, service breadth and international reach), the position among scored countries, competent authorities, the date of the latest regulatory change, review dates and links to the full guides in English and Spanish, which cite the official sources. The score describes the environment for private businesses; it is not investment advice and does not replace the legal analysis of each project.
