This study aims to illustrate the effect of H3K36 methyltransferase NSD1 in B2 cells. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for WT B220+ B cells (Mb1-Cre+ NSD1+/+) and its NSD1 conditional knockout derivatives (Mb1-Cre+ NSD1fl/fl).
