Premise Plumbing Raw sequence reads

Samples in this BioProject were collected from the US EPA ORD Premise Plumbing System. This full-scale model system is described in detailed here (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.envadv.2024.100599). Collected and analyzed samples include cold, hot, and shower water; swabbed biofilm from plumbing pipe surfaces; hot water heater sediments; and ultrafiltered samples.
