The processes occurring during a thunderstorm, namely the formation of linear lightning, are investigated. The processes occurring in clouds are considered. The physics of processes in toroidal vortices is described. Further studies confirmed the chain of electrochemical reactions and also the chain of nuclear reactions. The mechanism of beta decay and the appearance of high-energy protons in linear lightning is investigated. The conditions for the upcoming experiment are set.
