Research hypothesis: Does horticultural therapy improve immune exhaustion? We compared CTLA4 expression on CD4 and CD8 T-cells in groups of donors participating or not participating in horticultural therapy. Our result shows that horticultural therapy reduces CTLA4 expression in peripheral blood T-cells.
