Research hypothesis: Does horticultural therapy improve immune exhaustion? We compared CTLA4 expression on CD4 and CD8 T-cells in groups of donors participating or not participating in horticultural therapy. Our result shows that horticultural therapy reduces CTLA4 expression in peripheral blood T-cells.研究假设：园艺疗法（horticultural therapy）能否改善免疫耗竭（immune exhaustion）？我们对比了参与与未参与园艺疗法的供体组中CD4与CD8 T细胞表面的CTLA4表达情况。本研究结果显示，园艺疗法可降低外周血T细胞内的CTLA4表达水平。
