this study unveil the pivotal role of ACTN4 in SARS-CoV-2 infection, offering novel insights into the intricate interplay between the virus and host cells, and reveal two potential candidates for future anti SARS-CoV-2 drug development. Total RNAs were extracted from Huh7 cells with or without SARS-CoV-2 infection.After treating with 20 mM ZnCl2, 10% RNA fragments was saved as “Input”, while the rest was proceeded to m6A immunoprecipitation (IP) using anti m6A Abs.The stranded RNA sequencing library was constructed by KC DigitalTM Stranded mRNA Library Prep Kit for Illumin,following with enrichment, quantification and finally sequencing on DNBSEQ T7 sequencer with PE150 model.
