Glacial deep ocean deoxygenation driven by biologically-mediated air-sea disequilibrium

This repository contains data used in the Cliff et al. (2020) Nature Geoscience paper entitled "<strong>Glacial deep ocean deoxygenation driven by biologically-mediated air-sea disequilibrium". </strong>All results described in the paper can be recreated from these data. PIC_O2_experiments.mat contains data for the preindustrial (PIC) set of experiments. LGM_x10SO_O2_experiments.mat contains data for the LGM set of experiments. Each file contains 3-D, annual mean fields of oxygen and other variables for the 9 experiments discussed in the paper (an equilibrium run plus the final steady state solutions for 8 perturbation runs). The fields are stored as cell arrays of length 9, with the first element containing the equilibrium solution and the subsequent 8 the perturbation runs. The variable 'experiments' is a cell array of length 9 whose elements are strings describing the corresponding experiments.
