Zenodo deposit package for an ovarian cancer spatial phenotype study

Journal-neutral data and code deposit supporting the manuscript "Reference-guided spatial projection suggests stromal/interface localization of outcome-associated states in ovarian cancer: a multi-cohort study". The archive includes source data tables, supplementary tables, final figure PDFs, reproducibility scripts, configuration files, public dataset inventories, environment files, random seed records, and checksums. Raw public datasets are not redistributed and should be obtained from their original repositories as documented in the archive.
