Lactobacillus acidophilus and L. reuteri on bone , serum inflammatory factors and gut microbiota in OVX mice

After probiotic feeding, the bone volume fraction (BV/TV), the trabecular number (Tb.N), and the trabecular thickness (Tb.Th) increased, and the trabecular spacing (Tb.Sp) decreased in OVX mice. The inflammatory factors IL-1, IL-6, and TNF-α in the blood significantly decreased. The composition and proportion of gut microbiota changed.
