Biologic Treatment Outcomes in Refractory Eosinophilic Fasciitis: A Systematic Review of Published Reports

Eosinophilic fasciitis (EF) is a rare disorder characterized by soft tissue edema, skin erythema and induration, which may progress to fascial fibrosis, and predominantly affects the arms, legs and trunk. While oral corticosteroids are first line therapy, biologic therapies have been reported in refractory EF. This systematic review summarizes treatment outcomes of biologic therapies for EF.嗜酸性筋膜炎（Eosinophilic fasciitis, EF）是一种罕见疾病，以软组织水肿、皮肤红斑及硬结为特征，病情可进展为筋膜纤维化，主要累及四肢与躯干。尽管口服糖皮质激素为一线治疗方案，但已有文献报道生物制剂疗法可用于难治性嗜酸性筋膜炎。本系统综述总结了嗜酸性筋膜炎生物制剂疗法的治疗结局。
