Deciphering emerging role of chloroplasts as environmental sensors (PRJCA025120)

The effectiveness of our sub-project is evident in achieving its diverse objectives, including (I) unraveling the mechanism of photosynthetic reactive oxygen species (ROS) signaling from chloroplasts to the nucleus, (II) dissecting chloroplast damage-associated retrograde signaling, particularly focusing on photodamage and associated signaling, and (III) identifying key components involved in chloroplast-mediated thermotolerance.
