Quantitative phosphoproteomics of colorectal cancer tissues

Quantitative phosphoproteome analyses of colorectal cancer tissues from 24 patients (12 with or without metastasis) were carried out using IMAC-based posphopeptide enrichment followed by SCX-RP-MS/MS with iTRAQ labeling(metastasis:iTRAQ115 or 117, no metastasis: iTRAQ114 or 116). The obtained results were searched against UniProt DB by Mascot, and the identified peptides were filtered at 1% FDR thresholds by searching against the randomized decoy DB at peptide level. This dataset with the PX complete submission format will be further used to generate a customized DB in this jPOST project.
