Abstract This document presents a systems-level treatment framework addressing the structural causes of humanity’s recurring self-destructive behavior. Building on prior diagnosis that situates humanity at approximately 3.5/10 on a species-level sanity index, this analysis identifies five non-negotiable structural shifts required for civilizational stabilization. Drawing from systems engineering, political science, cognitive psychology, evolutionary biology, and risk management, the framework rejects utopian ideals and savior narratives in favor of enforceable guardrails, distributed responsibility, and institutional memory. The findings suggest that civilizational maturity is defined not by moral purity or unity, but by reliable containment of known failure modes.
